POINTS TO REMEMBER:

General (factual) information about the   place:

• Where it is …… It is situated   west bank of the river …. .
• What time it is (was) ………. It was  almost midnight when ………..
• How long it takes to get there …….. It usually takes  three quarters of an hour to get there (but) …….
• How far from Athens/Piraeus etc.     It is an hour’s drive/half day by boat ….
• How one can get  there …… You can either catch the bus or hire a taxi ……. 

Give the impressions:

• Arriving  somewhere …….. As  you  enter, you are almost overtaken by a beautiful smell of the …..
